LEARN TO WRITE YOUR OWN TRAINING PLAN
LIVE at FLEX DC or VIRUALLY via Zoom
COME LEARN THE 6 TRAINING PLAN COMPONENTS that set you up for FASTER AND more INJURY RESILIENT RUNNING
Want to learn how to GET FASTER by incorporating SPEED and THRESHOLD workouts into your next TRAINING CYCLE?
- Need EXAMPLES of these workouts?
- Do you know why we do these all?
- Simply want to understand these terms better – easy run, long run, interval work, threshold training, tempo work, fartleks, etc?
Want to decrease your risk of suffering a RUNNING RELATED INJURY this next TRAINING CYCLE by understanding your TRAINING PLAN better?
TRAINING ERRORS are one of the top causes of running related injuries.
Do you actually understand your training?
- How to increase mileage safely?
- How to decrease your risk of injury with your own training?
- Let alone how to write your own training plan?
I’ll be helping you understand all these terminologies and much more!
I am also offering you to BRING YOUR TRAINING PLAN to this WORKSHOP (it’s interactive afterall!) And I will review it for you and make suggestions based off what I see.

ABOUT KRISTEN
Kristen is a Physical Therapist, Running Coach, and Strength Coach. She currently resides in DC. She is originally from Wisconsin but has traveled around quite a bit since that time.
She provides Physical Therapy services in person within the DMV and virtually (via telehealth) in FL. She is also a running coach and strength coach and her specialty lies in helping runners become more INJURY RESILIENT and return to running after injury.
She has been a runner for almost 20 years herself. She started running in high school when she needed a fall sport and went on to continue to run in college. She has dealt with her fair share of injuries throughout her 20 years of running and can relate to both the physical and emotional struggles runners face when they are injured. Her most recent injury of tearing her plantar fascia while playing soccer has allowed her to relate even further to any athlete facing a more significant injury.
She coaches athletes all the way from the 800m to the marathon. Her favorite distances to race are the mile and half marathon. She doesn’t intend to catch the marathon bug anytime soon but knows that will be hard to do within the running community ;)
The best place to contact Kristen is on IG @[email protected].
